Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Ouma Packaging ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our flexible packaging manufacturing services, including our website, products, and related services.

Services Description
Manufacturing Services
Ouma Packaging provides flexible packaging manufacturing services including but not limited to:
- Stand-up pouches, flat pouches, and rollstock films
- Coffee bags, retort pouches, and spout pouches
- Digital and gravure printing services
- Mock-up and prototyping services
Minimum Order Quantities
Digital printing orders start at 100 pieces per SKU. Traditional printing methods may have different MOQ requirements. Stock pouches are available for immediate shipment with custom foil stamping options.

Orders and Payment
Order Process
- 1 All orders require written confirmation and acceptance by Ouma Packaging
- 2 Prices are subject to change without notice until order confirmation
- 3 Custom specifications must be approved before production begins
Payment Terms
- 1 Payment terms are typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- 2 First-time customers may require full payment in advance
- 3 Late payments may incur additional charges

Quality Assurance and Delivery
Quality Standards
We maintain strict international QC processes to ensure all products meet your specifications. However, slight variations in color, size, and material properties are considered normal in flexible packaging manufacturing.
Quality claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Delivery Terms
Stock pouches ship within 3 days. Custom orders typically require 10-15 business days for digital printing and 15-25 days for gravure printing.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property
Customers retain all rights to their designs, logos, and brand materials provided to us. We will not reproduce or use customer designs for any other purpose without explicit written permission.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Ouma Packaging assumes no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.
Important: All design files and specifications shared with us are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Liability and Warranties
Limited Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is limited to replacement or credit for defective products and does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Guangzhou, China, or through the competent courts of Guangzhou, China.
